CANCELLATION POLICY

During this pandemic we have had to take extra precautions such as sanitizing all surfaces, sanitizing each vehicle before each use, and restricting capacity limits to enforce social distancing. Because of these regulations, it is very important that you review our cancellation policies.

Please note that once you have booked a reservation with us it means that we have reserved time in our tour schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place you will be responsible to pay for your full original booking cost and the credit or debit card we have saved on file for your booking will be charged, and we will send a gift card that does not expire to your email we have on file for the amount of your tour.

If you book for certain amount of people in each vehicle, and you show up to your reservation with less people than you originally booked for, without making our company aware of the changes within 48 hours of your reservation time, you will be responsible for the full original booking cost.

Due to our capacity restrictions, we have to be strict with our no-call, no show policy. Please, understand that if you no call, no show for your tour time you will be responsible to pay for your original booking cost and the credit or debit card we have saved on file for your booking will be charged, and we will send a gift card that does not expire to your email we have on file for the amount of your tour.

In the case of a no call, no show – if you decide to rebook with us at a later date, we will require at least a 50% deposit.

To avoid a cancellation charges, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.
