You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour time. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up on time, you’ll be responsible for the full cost. In those cases, you may request the amount be placed on a gift card, which you may redeem for a later tour time. Gift cards have no cash value.
Please let us know of any changes to the number in your party at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour time. If you don’t let us know, and you arrive with fewer people than you originally booked, you’ll be responsible for the full original cost.
